We are always seeking experienced Temporary Office Support employees around the South Sound. Looking to gain more experience in an Administrative, HR, Customer Service, Accounting or other office role? We are always hiring temporary employees for companies in and around the South Sound!


Duties are unique to each temporary assignment. Common opportunities include:

  • Assisting the HR department with new employee packets as an HR clerk
  • Answering phones and providing customer service as a Receptionist
  • Archiving past paperwork as a Filing Clerk
  • Handling backlogged invoices as an Accounting Associate
  • Process tenant rental applications as a Property Specialist
  • Data Entry and admin support as an Administrative Assistant
  • Covering maternity, sick, or family leave; or filling in during an unexpected vacancy in a variety of mid- to high-level roles



  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly Computer Literate
  • Quick learner, able to hit the ground running
  • Comfortable in new situations and environments


Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Office Support experience highly desired


Education Requirements:

  • Previous work experience or recent education/degree
