Job Purpose:

This full time position is located in our Federal Way administrative office. This position is ideal for the early-to-mid career Accounting professional.

The ideal candidate will provide professional accounting assistance and will work under the guidance of the Controller. Responsible for conducting important phases of the organization’s accounting work, including Accounts Payable and preparing financial statements, and various other accounting statements and reports. Analyze financial reports and records, making recommendations to various departments as necessary. Examine and verify internal consistency, completeness and accuracy of accounting records. This position will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.



  • Serve as back-up support for Payroll and various Controller duties.
  • Prepare schedules for audits and tax returns
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare financial information and graphs for business review and board of director meetings, including month-end reporting (using Excel).
  • Support various financial analysis and clinical informatics reports, as needed
  • Prepare & distribute monthly invoices for non-patient related services.
  • Assist with the preparation of income statements, balance sheets and monthly financial statements, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
  • Other assigned duties as necessary.
  • Assist with annual surveys and insurance renewal applications


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in accounting is required.
  • One to two years’ experience in accounting required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP & Management Reporter and Microsoft PowerPoint a plus
  • ADP Workforce Now experience a plus
